Blackening of the surface of aluminum parts (which should be dark) is a normal oxidation phenomenon. In addition to the unsightly, the oxide layer on the aluminum surface is actually a good thing, it is equivalent to the formation of a protective film to prevent the aluminum from continuing to oxidize, which is different from iron. If you do not plan to do other anti-corrosion treatments (such as coating or anti-corrosion paint), it is best not to remove the oxide film that has been formed, because it will regenerate an oxide layer after removal.

If it must be treated with dilute hydrochloric acid or dilute sulfuric acid for a period of time, the acid will react with the alumina. But don't soak it too long, because the acid will react with aluminum.
